Oklahoma rises up two spots in American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy national energy efficiency rankings

Oklahoma ties for 35th in the 2014 State Energy Efficiency Scorecard, rising two spots compared to 2012. The state scores 12.5 points out of a possible 50, a half point more than it earned in 2013.
